RNase A is a high-quality endoribonuclease extracted from bovine pancreas that can specifically degrade single-stranded RNA at the C and U residue positions. The enzyme can cleave the phosphodiester bond between the 5'-ribose on the nucleoside and the phosphate group on the 3'-ribose of the adjacent pyrimidine nucleoside, and products are 3'-pyrimidine mononucleotide or oligonucleotide ending in 3'-pyrimidine nucleotide. It is widely used to remove RNA from DNA samples.
Shipping and Storage
Store at 15 ~ 25°C for three months, and store at -30 ~ -15°C for long-term storage. Transport at room temperature.
