VAHTS Multiplex Oligos Set 5 for Illumina is a special library preparation kit for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit contains VAHTS Adapter-S for Illumina, 8 VAHTS i5 PCR Primers, and 12 VAHTS i7 PCR Primers. VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina V3(Vazyme #ND607) and VAHTS Universal Pro DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina Illumina(Vazyme #ND608), can be used to build up to 96 different combinations of two-ended Index tag libraries. In conjunction with VAHTS Multiplex Oligos Set 4 for Illumina, it can be used to construct double-ended Index marker libraries with up to 384 different combinations. All reagents provided in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional validation to ensure the stability and repeatability of library preparation to the greatest extent.
