VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS contains Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS Illumina-TS and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS two fractions. Among them, Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS is a generic adaptor blocking sequence directed at Illumina common DNA libraries. This universal Blockers is suitable for DNA libraries labeled with single or double ends of 6-8 bp Barcode. It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for IlluminA-TS is a universal amplification primer directed to Illumina's TruSeq DNA library. All components in the kit have gone through strict quality control and functional verification, which ensures the stability and repeatability of the experiment to a large extent.
