It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI is a universal amplification primer targeted to single-ended barcode-labeled DNA libraries on the MGI platform.
